What the board sells
Each ranked listing is a paid advertisement submitted by its verified owner. Rank is ordered by cumulative net Circle USDC paid on Solana. One USDC is one ranking credit. The board does not claim that a ranked product is popular, recommended, safe, or better than another product.
Ownership and moderation
You may submit only a product domain you control. Email and domain verification plus operator approval are required before checkout. We may reject, archive, or remove unlawful, deceptive, impersonating, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable listings without accepting payment.
Payment delivery
A unique Solana Pay request states the network, official USDC mint, recipient, exact amount, reference, and 30-minute expiry. A listing or additional ranking credit is delivered only after a finalized transaction matches every field. Opening a request, showing a wallet return screen, or pasting a reference does not prove payment.
Late or incorrect transfers
Partial, excess, late, wrong-token, wrong-network, wrong-recipient, reference-less, or ambiguous transfers receive no automatic ranking credit and enter manual review when detectable. Do not pay from a service that cannot preserve the Solana Pay reference.
Ranking and removal
Higher lifetime net paid USDC ranks first. Equal totals use the most recent positive finalized payment, then a stable listing identifier. There is no decay. Removal is available without another payment; removal does not automatically refund a correctly delivered advertisement.
Refunds
Correctly delivered ranking credits are final except where law requires otherwise. Duplicate, undelivered, or approved erroneous transfers may receive a full manual USDC refund. Every approved refund is append-only and binds the specific inbound transfer. Reversing a delivered credit may lower or unpublish the listing; returning an uncredited duplicate or erroneous transfer does not change ranking. See the Refund Policy.
No wallet custody
The site never requests or stores a recovery phrase or private key and cannot reverse an on-chain transfer. You remain responsible for wallet security, network selection, and the accuracy of the address shown by your wallet.
